Merchandise may be returned for store credit only within 7 days of the day you receive your package. For items received after this time period, we will deny the return.
Returns must be received in NEW, UNWORN and UNWASHED condition with tags attached.
Returns are eligible for store credit only. Once we have received your package, your exchange will be processed within 7 business days and you will receive store credit code to use on your next purchase.
You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.
Any order placed in error will be refunded as store credit.
Sale/clearance items are NOT returnable, they are final sale.
Anything marked “Sale” is non returnable.
We do not refund shipping charges. Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.

If you have received a defective item, please contact us via email within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our store is attempted.
