• Merchandise may be returned for store credit only within 7 days of the day you  receive your package. For items received after this time period, we will deny the return.
• Any item(s) purchased at a discount, using a discount code, including LOVESTEVIES code on the app, is FINAL SALE.
• Returns must be received in NEW, UNWORN and UNWASHED condition with tags attached.
• Returns are eligible for store credit only. Once we have received your package, your exchange will be processed within 7 business days and you will receive store credit code to use on your next purchase.
• You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.
• Any order placed in error will be refunded as store credit.
• Sale/clearance items are NOT returnable, they are final sale. 
• Anything marked “Sale” is non returnable. 
• We do not refund shipping charges. Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.

Defective Items

• If you have received a defective item, please contact us via email within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
• We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.

• The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our store is attempted.
